It all begins with fresh, organic, in-house ingredients—from our sauces, jams, granolas, and yogurts to locally grown veggies, seasonal fruits, and organic coffee beans. Thoughtfully made, honestly prepared, and always served with care.

Our Story

Toast was founded in 2023 on the tropical island of Koh Samui, born from a desire to bring an urban brunch and coffee experience to island life.

The idea was created with local residents in mind—those living here year-round who craved the comforts, quality, and craftsmanship of a city-style café.

Our goal is simple: to serve food that feels indulgent yet thoughtful. Every dish is built around fresh, wholesome, organic, and housemade ingredients.

From classic pancake stacks to rich eggs Benedict with velvety hollandaise, we aim to deliver comfort and familiarity – with minimal processing and maximum care.
